Over the past 10 years, we have acted as adviser and distribution agent in numerous public and private transactions - often in cooperation with such recognised international banks as JP Morgan, Dresdner Kleinwort Benson, Lehman Brothers, Merrill Lynch, ABN AMRO, UBS and Credit Suisse First Boston.
One of our best-known references is our role as adviser to ÁPV Rt. in the privatisation of FHB in 2003, which took the form of an initial public offering on the Budapest Stock Exchange - the first such transaction to take place in Hungary since 1999. We also acted as adviser and co-lead manager in the sale in 2004 bonds issued by ÁPV Rt. and exchangeable into Richter Gedeon shares.
