Management

On the 1st of September 2009 Concorde Securities created the position of a Chief Executive Officer, and Árpád Pál has been appointed to it. Through this György Jaksity, President of the Board and the two other founder-owners, Norbert Streitmann and Gábor Borda - both Members of the Board - left off their position as a Managing Director.

Following the example of the Anglo-Saxon partnership structure, Concorde is led by a group of owner-managers who possess 33.3% of the company's shares, as well as minority shares in its subsidiary companies. The most important strategic entity of Concorde is the three-member Board of Management, which has remained unchanged since its foundation in 1993. Members of the Board are also present in the subsidiaries' Management.

György Jaksity - President of Board
Responsible for strategic issues and for the management of research and corporate advisory activities as well as capital markets transactions

Gábor Borda - Member of Board
Responsible for securities trading and treasury activities

Norbert Streitmann - Member of Board
Responsible for retail division, support services and administrative functions

 

CEO

Árpád Pál
Responsible for the company's daily operative management. His work is supported by a seven-member management team.
