Concorde placed first among domestic private banking houses in four categories based on Euromoney survey

Each year, renowned international financial journal Euromoney conducts a worldwide survey of private banking and wealth management service providers. It takes numerous factors into account when compiling its rankings, examining, for example, the range and quality of services provided by the company concerned, and the overall standard of customer care - but it also asks competitors to provide a general assessment of their peers.

Based on the data compiled, Concorde Asset Management Ltd., an affiliate of the Concorde Group, came first in Hungary in 2010 in several categories. According to the survey Concorde was the best domestic financial service provider, and it also achieved first place in the "relationship management," "range of investment products" and the "equity portfolio management" categories. In the overall rankings for Hungary, Concorde came third.

"The first place we achieved in these categories is important to us, as they are all key areas essential for ensuring excellence in the provision of private banking and asset management services - but also because they indicate the confidence our customers have in us," said Botond Bilibók, CEO of Concorde Asset Management.

"This is of particular significance now, since the total volume of assets under our management has grown during the period of the crisis, which on the one hand shows that our customers are satisfied with our work and have placed more of their assets with us, and on the other, that our portfolio managers have done an excellent job in leveraging the opportunities afforded by the crisis. And not least, many new customers have entrusted us with their savings," explained Bilibók.

"I'm convinced that we can only develop successful long-term relationships with our customers if we resist making fancy promises and instead produce concrete results while keeping our clients' interests and individual requirements in the fore," he added.
